Last updated: 24 October 2026. Sheetdock is operated by ginugokz (contact: ginugokz@gmail.com).
Sheetdock copies the orders, products and stock levels of a Shopify store into a Google Sheets spreadsheet that it creates in the merchant's own Google Drive. It is used only by the merchant who installs it.
Sheetdock requests only the Google permission drive.file: access to the files the app creates, not to any other file in your Drive. It uses this access only to create and update the "Shopify Live Sync" spreadsheet. Sheetdock's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not sold, not used for advertising and not read by humans.
Sheetdock does not request or process customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers and D1) and transmitted only over HTTPS. Secrets are encrypted at rest. When the app is uninstalled, or when Shopify sends a shop redaction request, all data for that store is deleted and the Google access is revoked. The spreadsheet stays in the merchant's Drive.
Cloudflare (hosting), Shopify (source of the data), Google (destination chosen by the merchant).
Merchants can request access to or deletion of their data at any time by emailing ginugokz@gmail.com. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered within 30 days; Sheetdock stores no customer data.
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
