Where is my spreadsheet? In your Google Drive, named "Shopify Live Sync — your store". Use the Open in Google Sheets button in the app.
Can I add formulas, charts or other tabs? Yes. Add them in new columns to the right, or in new tabs. Do not edit column A (the IDs Sheetdock uses to find each row).
Old orders. When you connect, Sheetdock imports orders from the last 60 days (up to 250) and your products.
A warning appears in the app. It tells you what Google refused (for example access removed or the spreadsheet deleted). Click Reconnect Google Sheets.
Uninstalling. Removing the app deletes everything we stored for your store and revokes the Google access. Your spreadsheet stays in your Drive.
