Sheetdock keeps a Google Sheets spreadsheet in your Google Drive in sync with your Shopify orders, products and stock. By installing it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
You are responsible for your Google account, for who can access the spreadsheet and for using its data lawfully. Rows are matched by the ID in column A: do not edit that column.
For store data, you act as controller and Sheetdock acts as your processor. We process it only to provide the sync, keep the minimum needed, encrypt stored credentials and delete your store's data when you uninstall the app.
Sheetdock is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed only through Shopify and you will approve any charge before it applies.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Google limits how often a spreadsheet can be written; when it refuses, Sheetdock retries automatically. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. Your spreadsheet stays yours.
